  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through WhatsApp, our contact form or schedule a call—I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Somatic therapy is different in several ways. Probably the most significant aspect is that somatic therapy considers the body as the essential ally in the somatic healing process.

    In practical terms, this means that you will be invited to connect with your bodily sensations and emotions and then to use language to identify and process what is going you are noticing.

    This allows you to understand your body and engage with information from all the different brain centers, such as the right and the left brain hemispheres, the heart brain and the gut brain.

    This process helps you generate healing strategies that are more naturally implemented because they contain physical, intuitive and rational information.




  • Sessions last 50 min and can be in person or online.

    During a somatic therapy session, there is a gentle invitation to listen and understand the language of your body, to articulate that language into words, and to integrate this knowledge into your daily life.

    This process allows you to center yourself, understand difficult emotions and make better decisions that align your life with your goals and needs.

  • I am a somatic therapist with a background in art so I have first hand experience of both the healing and creative power of the body.

    Each one of us has a unique bodily language formed by physical sensations and emotional experiences that is naturally beautiful and truthful.

    The truth about what we fear, what hurts and angers us as well as what inspires and gives us life, is in our senses, muscles, organs, nerves, skin, bones.

    My goal is to help you reclaim the full length, width and depth of your body so that you can move freely in your life.

    All human bodies love to be treated with warmth, care and respect. 

    I nurture these qualities constantly in myself, my practice and my physical environment  so that when you come to a session you can feel safe, welcomed and supported.
